SANSAAR is derived from Sanskrit meaning 'world,' 'universe,' or 'cycle of life’. This word reflects the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit, as the basis of the holistic healing approaches and practices of the ancient Siddha and Ayurveda sciences.

My story

My journey into alternative healing began in my youth in Germany, sparked by a personal health crisis. While I initially sought answers through modern medicine, I found true healing when I encountered a homeopathic healer who took the time to understand the entirety of my being—mind, body, and spirit. This holistic approach ignited a deep curiosity within me to explore the intricate complexities of the human system.

In 2001, my path led me to the ancient wisdom of Indian scriptures, Yoga, and Ayurveda. To deepen my understanding and practice, I completed formal training at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, where I received certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. During this time, I was introduced to the Siddha system—an ancient and sacred tradition of medical and spiritual knowledge—that resonated with me on a profound, soul-deep level.

The sacred Siddha Varmam tradition, with its profound spiritual and healing wisdom, called to me like a magnet. In January 2020, I traveled to Tamil Nadu, South India, where I was blessed to meet Siddha healer Pal Pandian. His mentorship in these transformative practices has been nothing short of a spiritual awakening. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue this journey through annual visits, which further deepen my connection to these ancient teachings, allowing my knowledge and practice to evolve in alignment with the divine flow of healing.

These experiences inspired the creation of SANSAAR- with a guiding principle to help others awaken to the innate power within themselves. I felt deeply compelled to reconnect people with these ancient practices, empowering them to heal and transform their lives through the wisdom that has been passed down through generations.
